A few things, and an address to write to if any of them are a problem for you.

You need to be 18 or over

These assessments are for candidates aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, do not start — tell the organization that invited you instead.

Keep the questions to yourself

The questions and your answers are confidential. Please do not copy, photograph, screenshot, record, post or repeat them anywhere — including to other candidates, in a study group, or on a forum. Questions that circulate stop measuring anything, and the next candidate is assessed on whether they happened to see them.

Do your own work

Answer on your own, without help from another person and without an AI assistant, unless the question says otherwise. You may use a compiler or editor if the assessment provides one. The organization that invited you wants to know what you can do; that is the only thing this measures.

The assessment is monitored

If the assessment is proctored, switching away from the assessment tab, leaving full screen, pasting a block of text and right-clicking are recorded as events, and — where the camera is used — the check looks for whether a face is visible and occasional still images are taken. These are shown to a reviewer beside your answers. They are context, not a verdict, and a person interprets them. The privacy notice says exactly what is collected.

If you need an adjustment, ask first

If you need extra time, a screen reader, a break, or any other adjustment — for a disability, a medical condition, or anything else — contact the organization that invited you before you start. Asking costs you nothing, does not form part of your result, and is not shared beyond what is needed to arrange it.

Who owns what

The questions, the marking guides and the assessment itself belong to Tricon Infotech LLC or the organization that invited you. Taking the assessment gives you no rights over them.

Your answers and any code you write remain yours. By submitting them you allow the organization that invited you, its client where it is hiring on one's behalf, and Tricon Infotech LLC as the operator, to store, score, review and share them for the purpose of this assessment and the hiring decision it informs — and for nothing else. Your work is not used to train AI models and is not sold.

If these are not followed

If the questions are shared, or the work is not your own, the organization that invited you may disregard the result or ask you to sit the assessment again. That is their decision, not ours, and a person makes it after looking at the evidence.

If something goes wrong

Your work saves as you go, so a lost connection or a closed tab does not lose it — come back to the same link. If something breaks, or the assessment behaves in a way that affected your result, tell the organization that invited you rather than starting again.
